Trip to Lake Vernwy
Holly, Ellen and I took a small trip to mid-north wales last weekend and went for a walk and a drive around Lake Vernwy. The Dam at Vernwy was the 1st UK design to allow water to fall directly over the dam, giving rise to the impressive display you can see here. The Dam was built to supply water to the city of Liverpool and still does.
